Premium English narration and captions. Footage shows fictional demo scenarios. Prices are indicative; consultations need confirmation. Live specialist messaging is planned.
Your first five steps
- Open Beth 2.0 and describe the issue that brought you here. You can try a question before signing in.
- Sign in or create a local account when you want to save and return to the conversation.
- Check your business details and confirm the proposed scope before using the estimate.
- Review the specialist candidates and prepare only the records relevant to the job.
- Save a consultation request or open a human case, then follow up through Chat history or the Case portal.
Choose a feature below to see the actual screen and exact controls. Beth starts with your concern; you do not need to know a service code.
No matching features. Try a shorter word or clear the search.
Start with your business concern
Why it helps you Get useful direction without first knowing which accounting or tax service to buy.
How to use it
- In highlight 1, type your concern and select the send arrow. For example: I sell online and do not understand the tax deductions.
- Use a situation shortcut in highlight 2 if you prefer a starting point. Scroll the conversation area for more situations.
- Use New conversation in highlight 3 to start a separate issue. Signed-in chats are saved before switching.
Keep in mind Shortcuts cover setup, online selling, hiring, foreign entry, missed filings and annual reports. Explore all situations adds books, tax status, closure and cash planning.
Back to contentsCreate an account and sign in
Why it helps you Keep your conversations, business details and requests together so you can return without starting again.
How to use it
- Select Sign in to save chats beneath the message box. Enter your existing local email and password in highlight 1.
- For first use, select Create a demo account in highlight 2. Enter a display name, email and password of at least 10 characters, then select Create demo account.
- Already registered? Use I already have a demo account. To sign out later, open Chat history, choose My account and select Sign out.
Keep in mind This local demo account is separate from a Babylon website account. The shared sample login is demo@babylon2k.example with password BethDemo2026! Use your own account for conversations you want to keep separate.
Back to contentsExplain the facts in your own words
Why it helps you Spend less time answering repeated questions and see which details Beth has understood.
How to use it
- Give the facts you already know: business type, location, workload, record condition and the help you need.
- Check What we know in the Plan panel. The screenshot highlights the facts Beth extracted in 1 and the monthly entry count in 2. Beth can then ask for the next missing detail.
- Say not sure when a detail is unknown. Use approximate counts and tell Beth when they are estimates.
Keep in mind The screenshot follows a real AI response to a fictional Cebu founder with 80 monthly accounting entries. Avoid identification numbers, passwords and private documents in the chat.
Back to contentsAsk quick questions and inspect the sources
Why it helps you Understand the basis of an answer before deciding whether it applies to your business.
How to use it
- Select Quick questions in the left panel, choose a question chip beneath the conversation, or type your own question.
- Select a cited source. In the source-library view, highlight 1 shows the document, jurisdiction and review status; highlight 2 opens the original reference.
- With live AI, source links may open the original page directly. Ask Beth to clarify how the guidance applies to your situation.
Keep in mind This screenshot uses the built-in guided FAQ library. Sources help you check an answer; they do not turn a draft reply into a professional opinion or a guaranteed compliance decision.
Back to contentsConfirm the work you actually need
Why it helps you Avoid paying for a package built around misunderstood facts or unnecessary work.
How to use it
- Review the business facts in highlight 1 and the proposed work described above them. Scroll upward if needed.
- Select Yes, that sounds right in highlight 2 when the facts and scope match your needs.
- If something is wrong, choose Change a detail or tell Beth the correction before confirming.
Keep in mind Confirming the scope creates a starting point for the estimate. It does not accept a paid engagement or confirm that all compliance requirements have been checked.
Back to contentsCorrect a detail and refresh the plan
Why it helps you Keep the budget tied to your actual business as counts, records or requirements change.
How to use it
- Select Edit under What we know or choose Change a detail in the chat.
- Update the relevant field in highlight 1 and select Apply changes in highlight 2.
- In live AI mode, you can also type a correction such as Actually, it is 200 entries each month. Reconfirm the revised scope before relying on the refreshed estimate.
Keep in mind Changing workload or business facts can invalidate the earlier quote. Check that the new details have been understood and that the revised estimate uses them.
Back to contentsUnderstand the indicative package price
Why it helps you Get a working budget and understand the jobs it pays for before arranging a consultation.
How to use it
- After scope confirmation, read the peso range and billing period in highlight 1.
- Review the work items and their purpose in highlight 2. Check whether the charge is monthly, one time or per project.
- Tell Beth about omitted work, extra entities, backlog or higher volume so the scope can be revised.
Keep in mind Prices are indicative demo estimates. Professional fees, taxes, penalties, government charges and third-party costs are separate. A specialist must confirm scope, fees and timing before work begins.
Back to contentsCheck the assumptions and exclusions
Why it helps you Spot the limits of a package early and avoid confusing a basic monthly fee with every service your business needs.
How to use it
- In the Plan panel, select View assumptions beneath the estimate.
- Scroll the window to What this estimate assumes, highlighted here. Check workload, entities, records and included filing scope.
- Read Separate and any optional work. Ask whether annual work, payroll, cleanup or additional accounts need another line item.
Keep in mind The screenshot shows one example package. Its allowance and exclusions are not universal; use the assumptions attached to your own current estimate.
Back to contentsCompare specialists and inspect their profiles
Why it helps you Arrive at the first professional conversation with a shortlist and a clear explanation of the work you need.
How to use it
- Choose Find a suitable specialist after the estimate, or ask Beth to recommend candidates.
- Compare the qualification category, location and listed hourly rate in highlight 1. Use View published listing to open that exact profile.
- Choose the candidate with Select specialist & arrange consultation in highlight 2. Beth prepares the fit-check brief; this selection does not confirm a meeting.
Keep in mind These are preliminary candidates from the published Babylon directory. Specialty, active credentials, availability and fit still need confirmation. A listed hourly rate is different from the package price.
Back to contentsPrepare the records that matter for the job
Why it helps you Know what to gather before meeting a specialist and reduce avoidable back-and-forth.
How to use it
- After selecting a candidate, read the brief and job-specific checklist shown in the conversation.
- Mark the relevant checkboxes, highlight 1, as a preparation reminder. Check the reasons printed beneath the items.
- Use Request a consultation in highlight 2 when you are ready to discuss the scope and exact requirements.
Keep in mind Checkboxes record preparation status in the demo; they do not upload or verify documents. Share sensitive records only through the secure process confirmed for the engagement.
Back to contentsDownload your Babylon 2k business report
Why it helps you Keep a readable summary to review later or use as the starting brief for a professional discussion.
How to use it
- Select Generate my report in the left panel or beneath your fit-check brief.
- Check the Babylon 2k issuer in highlight 1. Use Read the full report to expand the facts, scope, pricing assumptions and next steps.
- In highlight 2, Download Babylon 2k report saves an HTML report. Print / save as PDF opens the browser print workflow; select Save as PDF there. Save chat preserves the conversation separately.
Keep in mind The report is a demo draft based on the current conversation. Generate an updated report after corrections; a downloaded earlier report does not update itself.
Back to contentsRequest a preferred consultation time
Why it helps you Move from browsing to a focused discussion with your chosen specialist.
How to use it
- Choose a specialist, then select Request a consultation. Sign in if Beth asks.
- Enter your preferred date and time in highlight 1, using Philippines time UTC+8. Choose 30 or 60 minutes, the meeting format and a short topic.
- Select Save appointment request in highlight 2. Use the exact-profile link to inspect the selected specialist.
Keep in mind The current demo saves a request locally. It does not check a real appointment diary or send the request to the specialist. Availability, consultation fees and the meeting still require confirmation.
Back to contentsReview requests and keep a tentative calendar reminder
Why it helps you Keep the preferred time, specialist and discussion topic easy to find.
How to use it
- Open Chat history, then select Appointment requests. Alternatively, use My account and My appointment requests from that history window.
- Read the request status in highlight 1. Highlight 2 opens Live Chat with Specialist for that selected person.
- Use highlight 3 to download a tentative calendar entry. Select Cancel request if you no longer want the saved request.
Keep in mind Requested is not confirmed. Importing the calendar entry does not book the specialist. The Live or Not live indicator reflects local demo presence, not verified Telegram availability.
Back to contentsSearch and reopen a saved conversation
Why it helps you Return to an unfinished issue without repeating the business facts you already supplied.
How to use it
- While signed in, select Chat history in the left panel or beneath the message box.
- Search by a word from the conversation in highlight 1, such as Cebu, payroll or invoices.
- Select Open chat in highlight 2. Review the restored details and use the continuation actions or ask a follow-up. Choose New conversation for a separate issue.
Keep in mind Signed-in conversations save automatically. Check the save status before closing the page; retry if it reports a problem. This local account stores its history on this computer rather than synchronizing across devices.
Back to contentsDelete a conversation you no longer need
Why it helps you Keep the saved history useful and remove old chat messages and business profiles from the account.
How to use it
- In Chat history, select Delete beside the conversation you want to remove.
- Read the explanation in highlight 1 and confirm that you selected the right issue.
- Select Delete conversation in highlight 2 to remove it, or Keep chat to return without deleting.
Keep in mind Deletion cannot be undone. It removes that saved chat and profile; related appointment requests and open specialist case files remain and must be managed separately.
Back to contentsAsk a human specialist to take over
Why it helps you Escalate the issue with the background already attached, instead of explaining everything again.
How to use it
- Select Talk to a human beneath the message box or Live Chat with Specialist on an appointment request.
- Check the chosen specialist and Live or Not live indicator in highlight 1. Add optional phone details and a follow-up preference.
- Read and select the sharing consent in highlight 2, then Create case & request human in highlight 3.
Keep in mind The case is retained even when nobody accepts the live request. Email, WhatsApp and Telegram alerts are simulated in this demo; no external notification is sent. No paid engagement is accepted by this action.
Back to contentsContinue a conversation after the specialist joins
Why it helps you Discuss the next step with a person in the same conversation while keeping the case brief available.
How to use it
- Wait for the specialist to accept the request. A Live indicator alone does not mean somebody has joined.
- Read the distinct specialist reply in highlight 1. Type your reply in the same message box; Beth is paused during the active human chat.
- Use the case reference or Open case portal in highlight 2 to follow up. Select Return to Beth when you want the AI conversation again.
Keep in mind The screenshot demonstrates a human reply sent through the local demo portal. It is not a real accountant or Telegram conversation. Unaccepted live requests fall back to a saved follow-up case after two minutes.
Back to contentsTrack the open case and review proposed work
Why it helps you Keep the conversation, scope and new work attached to one case rather than scattered across messages.
How to use it
- Select Open case portal on the human handoff, or Case portal in the left panel. Choose the case and use the Client view in this demo.
- Check the case status in highlight 1 and use the available tabs to review the brief, messages and work items.
- When a specialist has proposed additional work, review its period, price and scope before selecting Approve this scope & budget in highlight 2. Use the case conversation to ask for clarification.
Keep in mind Client and specialist views are simulated within the same local account. Approval updates the demo work record; it does not collect payment or establish a production service agreement. The specialist creates the proposed work item first.
Back to contentsGive the conversation more room
Why it helps you Make long conversations easier to read on a laptop, smaller screen or projector.
How to use it
- Use the panel icon in highlight 1 to hide or reveal the left navigation.
- Use Plan in highlight 2 to hide or reveal the business plan on the right. Each panel can be controlled independently on a wide screen.
- With both panels hidden, highlight 3 shows the wider message area. On a phone, panels open as overlays; close one to return to chat.
Keep in mind Hiding a panel changes the layout only. It does not delete the conversation, business details or estimate.
Back to contentsCheck the AI connection or use a guided preview
Why it helps you Check whether live replies are connected, or continue exploring Beth with prepared sample responses.
How to use it
- Open AI settings from About this preview, the information icon, or How this works.
- Check the connection status. The settings show the connected provider and model when live replies are available.
- Select Use the guided preview for prepared sample responses. Return to AI settings to reconnect live replies.
Keep in mind Your Beth account saves your workspace. Connecting an AI provider is a separate setting and requires a provider API key. Provider usage has separate billing. Keep your key private and use Disconnect to remove the connection.
Back to contentsWhat the current demo does
Saved locally
Accounts, chats, interview records, consultation requests and case tickets use the local demo backend. They are not a production Babylon website account or a cross-device service.
Professional confirmation
Beth helps clarify the work and produces indicative budgets. A professional must confirm applicability, specialist fit, scope, final fees and dates. A report or scope confirmation is not a tax filing or accepted paid engagement.
Human and appointment integrations
The guide shows the intended user flow using saved local requests and simulated specialist actions. Real diary booking and external Telegram, email and WhatsApp delivery are not connected.
Screenshot examples
Screenshots use a fictional founder account. The business-details screenshot follows a real AI reply; source-library and later package screens use the built-in guided preview. The human reply is a local portal simulation. Dates, prices, names and availability shown are examples of the captured state.
